Here are some common questions and answers. Please call or email us with any additional questions.

What happens if I want to cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. Once orders have shipped they may not be cancelled.

Can I get a refund if I am not able to pick up?

Since our produce is picked based on the orders we receive we are not able to give you a refund should you not be able to pick up. Feel free to have someone else pick up for you. Just let us know.

Do I need to wash my produce?

All our products are grown without the use of harmful pesticides, herbicides or fungicides. Since we don't use mechanical washing, it is always best to wash your produce.

Are your products organic?

No, our products are not certified organic.  All our products are grown without the use of harmful herbicides, pesticides, or fungicides.

When can I pick up my order?

Your order can be picked up at an agreed day and time.  We understand how busy everyone can be so we try to accomodate all our clients.

Can I visit the farm?

We sell at our farm gate but only open our greenhouse on special occasions or by pre-arranged appointment. This ensures we maintain the delicate ecosystem in our greenhouse.

Can I have my order delivered?

We only deliver to certain pick up points (ie. Catchacoma Marina).  Please indicate at check out the pick up locaton of your choice. Seedling orders maybe shipped within Canada.

Can I buy seedlings?

Yes, we have seedlings for sale.  Check out our seedling section on the Shop page. Order your seedlings by Sunday for shipping on Tuesday.

What to do when I receive my seedlings?

Upon arrival, remove seedlings from box, open plastic container and push seedling from the bottom.  DO NOT pull on seedlings themselves.  Stand them up in the same container so they can easily be watered.  Plant in your tower as soon as possible.  If you are not able to do so make sure to place in a sunny location and add water to the container.  Do no let the seedlings dry out.  We work hard to ensure we are shipping strong,heatlhy seedlings.  

Seedling tip for planting in soil:

Rockwool should be kept completely moist (not too wet) until transplant. Ensure rockwool is completely covered with soil at planting. Enjoy!

On rare occasions seedlings may get damaged in transit.  Should this happen,  please follow the instructions below.

1. We will either replace or give a credit or refund you if you have damaged seedlings. Please note that we will no reship less than 3 plants.

2. In order to receive new plants, a credit or refund, an email must be sent to us within 48 hours after arrival with pictures of the damaged seedlings.  Send to info@mollysacres.ca.

How big are the seedlings when you ship them?

Our seedlings are shipped ready to put in your Tower Garden or plant in the ground. 

Can there be delays in shipping of my seedlings?

We reserve the right to delay shipping of seedlings should the weather be too cold or too hot.  This will ensure you receive healthy seedlings.
